1. Product catalogue, pricing and delivery charges

1.1. The Buyer may choose from and purchase the Products displayed in the Product Catalogue on the Seller’s Website.

1.2. Products are sold at the price shown against each Product at the time the Order is placed. The Seller may extend special pricing to regular customers after the Order is submitted and before the invoice is issued, by sending the Buyer an individual offer.

1.3. All Product prices are shown both excluding and including value added tax. The Seller may set a minimum order quantity for particular Products.

1.4. Delivery costs are not included in the Product price. A delivery charge applies on top of the Product price and depends on the delivery method the Buyer selects.

1.5. Product images on the Website are illustrative only. The actual size and appearance of the Product packaging may differ from the photograph shown.

2. Shopping cart

2.1. A Product is added to the Shopping Cart when the Buyer clicks “Buy.” The Buyer may edit the cart’s contents — adding further Products or removing ones no longer wanted — at any point before the Order is confirmed and the invoice issued.

2.2. Products can be found using the search tools and the following parameters:

2.2.1. Product name;

2.2.2. Product category;

2.2.3. keyword.

Typing a search term into the search box and pressing “Enter” returns all Products the system associates with that keyword.

2.3. Once the Buyer has added everything they intend to purchase, they must click “Place order.”

2.4. After entering the required details, the Buyer must click “Confirm Order.”

2.5. Once the Order is placed, a summary is sent to the e-mail address the Buyer provided.

2.6. Once the Seller’s staff have prepared the invoice, it is sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address, showing the Goods’ price and the delivery cost.

2.7. If a Product is out of stock, the Buyer can let the Seller know they would still like to purchase it; the Seller will notify the Buyer once it becomes available.

3. Delivery of Goods and delivery charges

3.1. When placing an Order, the Buyer may choose to receive the Goods:

3.1.1. by collecting them from the Seller’s warehouse, free of charge;

3.1.2. by courier.

3.2. Where courier delivery is chosen, the Buyer bears the associated delivery costs.

3.3. Unless the Buyer has given the Seller a written power of attorney, the Seller will treat whoever accepts and signs for the Goods on the delivery note as authorized to do so on the Buyer’s behalf, without further written authorization. That signature will be taken as sufficient proof that the ordered Goods were delivered to and accepted by the Buyer.

3.4. Where the Buyer returns Goods under the Right of Withdrawal (available to natural persons), the Buyer bears all costs of the return.

4. Payment terms

4.1. An invoice is issued to the Buyer as set out in these Terms and sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.

4.2. The Buyer must pay for the Goods within the period stated on the invoice.

4.3. Where the Buyer has been granted deferred payment terms and fails to pay within the period stated on the invoice, the Buyer owes the Seller default interest of 0.5% for each day of delay.

5. Confirming the Order and forming a Distance Contract

5.1. By confirming the Order, a Buyer who is a natural person confirms agreement to enter into a Distance Contract under the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and commits to fulfilling the obligations that contract entails.

5.2. The Distance Contract is formed once the Buyer has paid in full for the ordered Goods.

6. Product warranty terms

6.1. The Seller provides a manufacturer’s warranty on all Products; the warranty period varies by Product.

6.2. Where the manufacturer’s warranty period for a Product is shorter than two years, a Buyer who is a consumer (natural person) may still raise a claim with the Seller within two years of placing the Order, for non-conformity of the Product with the contract terms. Legal-entity Buyers are covered only for the manufacturer’s warranty period. Different warranty periods may apply to regular-customer Buyers who have signed Service Agreements with their own maintenance and warranty terms.

6.3. Warranty terms apply only where the Buyer can produce proof of purchase (delivery note or invoice).

6.4. The warranty does not cover additional accessories or power components of the Product (for example, batteries).

6.5. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply where the Product has been damaged because:

6.5.1. its warranty seals or serial numbers have been tampered with;

6.5.2. it has been used other than for its intended purpose;

6.5.3. its casing is scratched or broken, its screen is cracked, it has been cared for with unsuitable products, or there are other signs of improper handling;

6.5.4. the damage resulted from a power supply, telecommunications or cable connection that does not meet the manufacturer’s specified standards;

6.5.5. the damage resulted from sudden temperature changes or other environmental factors — for example, exposure to soot, smoke, dust or humidity;

6.5.6. the Product shows signs of unauthorized repair;

6.5.7. the damage reflects ordinary wear and tear;

6.5.8. non-standard power supplies, accessories, spare parts or materials not certified by the manufacturer for the Product were used, and this caused the damage; or

6.5.9. the Product was damaged through improper transport.

6.6. Where warranty cover does not apply and the Buyer declines a paid repair, the Buyer must cover the diagnostic costs and will receive the Service Centre’s findings on the damage identified. If the Buyer accepts the paid repair, no diagnostic charge applies.

7. Right of withdrawal and how to exercise it

7.1. The right of withdrawal allows a Buyer who is a consumer, within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, to reject the Goods within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the procedure below.

7.2. This right may be exercised within 14 days, counted from the date the Buyer, or a third party named by the Buyer, received the Goods.

7.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the Buyer has:

7.3.1. purchased Goods requiring specific storage conditions (such as humidity or temperature limits);

7.3.2. purchased a Product made to the Buyer’s specifications or otherwise personalized.

7.4. Once the Product is received, the Buyer is responsible for keeping it in good, safe condition throughout the withdrawal period, and is liable for any loss in value resulting from use beyond what is needed to check the Product.

7.5. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition — with labels intact and protective film unremoved.

7.6. The Buyer notifies the Seller of a withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form available on the Website and sending it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. On receiving it, the Seller will confirm receipt and inform the Buyer of its decision, or when that decision will be made.

7.7. The Buyer must return the Goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form, either by delivering them to the Seller’s address or via post or courier. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.

7.8. The Seller will refund all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs (excluding any extra cost from choosing a delivery method other than the Seller’s cheapest standard option), within 14 days of being informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method the Buyer used, unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise.

7.9. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods have been returned, or until the Buyer has provided clear proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first.

8. Handling complaints

8.1. On opening the packaging, the Buyer must check that the Goods and quantity match the Order, and inspect the Goods’ external condition — including any damage to the Goods themselves (where unpackaged), their packaging, or any other visible defects.

8.2. Where the Goods do not match the Order, the Buyer may submit a claim to the Seller at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A Buyer who is a consumer (natural person) submits this as a consumer claim, reviewed under the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

8.3. Before using a Product, the Buyer should read the label or packaging information carefully and review the instructions for use. Failing to follow the usage instructions or the storage conditions shown on the label forfeits the right of withdrawal.

8.4. Where the Seller accepts the Buyer’s claim as valid, it will exchange the faulty or damaged Goods, agreeing with the Buyer on how the exchange or refund will proceed.

8.5. A Buyer that is a legal entity may not return Goods that are undamaged and free of quality defects at the time of receipt.

9. Dispute resolution

9.1. The Parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising between the Buyer and the Seller, or connected with a purchase of Goods on the Website, through direct negotiation or correspondence, aiming for a solution acceptable to both.

9.2. If a dispute cannot be settled this way, the Parties will resolve it through the courts, following the procedures set out in the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia. A consumer Buyer may also bring a dispute with the Seller to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre, the Consumer Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Commission, or the courts of the Republic of Latvia, as provided for by law.

10. Duration of the Distance Agreement

10.1. The Distance Agreement is formed once the Buyer has made payment and that payment has been confirmed by the Buyer’s bank.

10.2. The Distance Agreement remains in force until all obligations arising under it have been fulfilled.
